SnapStock — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SnapStock(“the App”), operated by SnapStock, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using SnapStock, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SnapStock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use SnapStock. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts & Teams

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• SnapStock supports team accounts, but data is isolated per team — teams cannot access each other’s data unless you explicitly export and share it yourself.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use SnapStock for illegal activities.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the system.
• Upload malicious software or data.
• Attempt to access other teams’ data.

5. Your Data & Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your inventory data.
• You grant SnapStock a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• You are responsible for backing up any data you consider critical.

6. Images & Scans

• SnapStock processes images for inventory analysis in real time.
• We do not store your uploaded images.
• We may temporarily process images in memory to perform a scan, but they are not retained.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• SnapStock is a subscription-based service.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee zero downtime, error-free operation, or perfect inventory accuracy. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapStock is not responsible for lost data, business losses, incorrect inventory results, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may cancel your subscription and stop using SnapStock at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
